Autonomy that promotes empowerment is developed through play, imagination and creativity, yet is seldom recognised as a 'force' in commerce and industry. Teams that interact and work effectively 'together' greatly augment a company's ability to succeed in business.
The Umbanda team-building
programme highlights the benefits of team interaction, providing a new
way for delegates to work 'together'. Through a series of exercises which
develop spatial awareness and co-ordination, the workshops look at coaching
and leadership skills, on an equal basis.
Drumming and percussion are great levellers, and whilst accessible to everyone, team members are encouraged to display their ability to work individually as a team player or as a leader.
The fun and energising workshops culminate in a full team playing a carnival samba, which will not be forgotten
